What we keep, and why

The booking form

We collect the name and phone number you give us, and optionally your email, vehicle details, the service you are asking about, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add. We use them to contact you about the request and to schedule the work.

A booking request is stored in our workshop system with a short reference such as BK-2026-0007. We do not create a customer account for you, and we do not sell or share these details.

Workshop records

When you bring a vehicle in, we keep the job card, the parts and labour recorded against it, and the invoice. These are business records: we keep them so we can service the vehicle again, honour the parts warranty, and meet accounting obligations.

Cookies

The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Staff sign-in uses a session cookie; that cookie exists only in the staff application.

Removing your details

Ask us to correct or delete your contact details, and to delete a booking request that did not become a job. Records tied to an issued invoice may be retained where we are required to keep them. Email info@euroworks.lk or call 081 220 5757.
