How we work on your car

Requests and estimates
A request submitted through this site is not a confirmed appointment. We call you to agree a time and to understand the fault. Work is carried out on the basis of the agreed scope; if we find additional work while the vehicle is with us, we will contact you for approval before doing it.
Parts
We fit genuine parts, or parts of the same quality as the original. Genuine parts fitted are warranted for 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Warranty applies to the part we supplied and fitted; it does not cover damage from a subsequent collision, misuse, or work carried out elsewhere.
Collection and storage
Please collect the vehicle within seven days of us telling you it is ready. Storage beyond that may be charged. We cannot release a vehicle while an invoice is unpaid.
Payment
Invoices are due on collection unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. The invoice itemises labour and parts; the balance due is shown on the document.
